Nothing captured before yes
Booking requests place a temporary authorization through Stripe, and Comparsa captures the amount only if the creator accepts while the authorization remains valid. If a creator cancels an accepted booking, the host receives a full refund of the amount captured. Comparsa pays ordinary payment-processing fees on platform charges.
If something goes wrong
A written dispute process
If a booking was not delivered as agreed, report it to support@comparsa.ai within 48 hours after the scheduled event ends. When booking opens, creators will be able to report a client no-show in the app within the same window, and a timely creator report will open a payment case and place a payout hold.
An honest marketplace
Creator-set prices
Creators set their own listed Service Price. While Comparsa is pre-launch, any creator profiles shown are labeled founding-creator previews.
