Fees and cancellations
The price you see is the price.
Creator-set prices, no mandatory host platform fee, and a refund schedule that is written down before you book.
What hosts pay
The creator's price, nothing stacked on top
Creators set their own listed Service Price, and Comparsa adds no mandatory Client platform fee to it. Comparsa pays ordinary payment-processing fees on platform charges; they are not added to your total and not deducted from creator earnings.
When you are charged
Authorized at request, captured on yes
Submitting a booking request places a payment authorization through Stripe, which is a temporary hold rather than a completed charge. If the creator accepts while the authorization remains valid, Comparsa captures the authorized amount. If not, there is nothing to capture.
With real numbers
The $1,500 example
A $1,500 Service Price authorizes $1,500 on your payment method. Under the current standard pricing policy, Comparsa deducts a 10% Standard Creator commission from the service amount, producing an expected $1,350 creator balance. Nothing extra is added on the host side.
